What format sounds will DSS open?

Currently DSS will only open PCM encoded Wave files.

Can I have background music?

While there is currently no support for automatically looping sound (such as music, or ambient noise), it is possible to use a script that repeatedly re-triggers a sound.

Can I have triggered sounds?

Yes you can have a sound triggered by events in DSS

Is the sound 3d positional?

No, Currently sound is not 3d positional, this is planed however.
